Receptionist required immediately for a very busy Surrey-based law firm. All suitable candidates will be considered. Experience is an asset. This is a, full-time placement for 1 year with the strong possibility of a permanent extension, and is ideal for someone interested in working in a legal business atmosphere. Experience with computers and a busy switch board is an asset.
The receptionist’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: operating the switchboard, greeting clients and taking copies of their identification, distributing faxes, email’s and mail, keeping the office tidy, taking payments, assisting the lawyers and legal assistants with various tasks, including scheduling client appointments.

- Can handle multiple phone calls with ease and professionalism
- Well spoken, with a confident professional phone manner.
- Able to display proficient computer skills
- Able to learn quickly
- Excellent English language and communication skills
- Must be very organized, efficient, helpful and polite
- Able to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Can consistently handle high-stress situations professionally
- Must be proactive and willing to help wherever needed
