We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our amazing team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Concierge / Scheduling Coordinator for our Orthodontic Office in SW Calgary. This is a fantastic opportunity with the following features.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years prior Administrative/Receptionist or Dental Office experience
- Must present a positive and energetic attitude – easy to engage people with your friendly nature
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills, can promote the office and the team with clear and concise language
- Fantastic phone skills; you must be able to show to our clients that you are knowledgeable and be a quick thinker on many different phone situations
- Have a high attention to detail, have professional writing skills, organization and presentation skills.
- Punctual/On Time or ahead of time
- Efficient and Independent worker that can act proactively to help employers reach office goals
- Able to multi-task (Acknowledging clients even while on phone,) can type quickly and is accurate with data entry
- Ability to prioritize projects and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer savvy, knows how to use word and excel proficiently for presentations or reports. Able to learn programs quickly and effectively.
