We, Runnymede Medical Clinic/Marklandwood Medical clinic. Family physicians with well established busy practice. Looking for Full time Medical secretary/Receptionist who can work in both location.
Required Skills:

- Self - motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to do multiple tasks at a time
- Ability to deal efficiently in fast work environment
- Ability to work under pressure
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls for scheduling and confirming appointments with Patients / Physicians / Specialists
- Registering new patients and updating profiles of existing patients' as well as validating health cards
- Maintaining Physicians' roster of patients
- Opening and processing mail and scanning documents into OSCAR EMR
- Faxing and scanning, as well as dealing with referrals
- Filing and Documentation
- Stocking and managing daily medical / office supply inventory
- Preparing rooms between patients in & out
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Any other duties as directed by Office supervisor / manager
Required Qualification:
- Graduate of a recognized Secretarial / Administrative Program
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office applications, Internet with an ability to type 50 wpm, accurately
- Can able to work at different locations on rotation basis
- Related work experience is an asset.
