Job Description
We are seeking for extrovert, outgoing, friendly individual who should be comfortable to work in a fast paced environment and possess good multitasking skills. Prior experience working in a physiotherapy clinic, experience with JANE Online Booking software and knowledge of WSIB/MVA/EHC portals (Telus/Blue Cross/ Provider Connect) billing is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and engaging with them in a friendly yet professional manner
- Be able to assist the Physiotherapist and Chiropractor at the back if needed
- Assist the Practitioners with any administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls/emails /online appointments in a timely manner
- Checking voicemails and returning the call in a timely manner
- To ensure all patients intake information is updated in the online system
- Daily cleaning and tidying of the clinic treatment areas/staff areas and washroom
- Pulling the files for all the Practitioners for the following day
- Follow up with WSIB, MVA , EHC for any paperwork/payments
- Ensuring billing of third party payers on a daily basis
- Ability to work in interruptive environment and still manage priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining the clinical supplies to ensure uninterrupted operation of the clinic
- Communicating with Case manager/nurses and adjusters for WSIB and MVA
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Screening people at the front door, hand sanitization and masks are provided during each visit, plexi glass at the reception area, cleaning bed between each patients
Experience:
- Working in the physiotherapy clinic: 3 years (preferred)
- Working in a physiotherapy clinic: 3 years (preferred)
