Minhas Lawyers LLP is seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to join our prestigious law firm. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression of our firm. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer software (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is desirable but not required
