appointmentsResponsibilities:
-Collect payments after clients are done with their appoinments
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and book massage/spa appointments for clients
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with event planning and coordination for office functions
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of massage spa procedures
- A willingness to learn and show up on time every day
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
