We are a lively, customer-service orientated clinic. With both our optometry and medical aesthetic clinics growing, the right candidate will bring their skills and expertise to continue to foster growth and long-term relationships with our patients. Specializing in multiple unique aspects of eye health and care, we are committed to training all employees to ensure top of the line knowledge and care.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greeting patients as well as checking them in and out
- Answering/directing phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Booking appointments
- Coordinating patient care plans
- Patient education
- Insurance billing
- Specialist referrals
- Sale of product
- Perform other duties as assigned

Do you have reception and appointment booking experience in a health related clinic? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have good attention to detail? We have recently expanded and are seeking clinical patient care coordinator for our busy optometry and medical aesthetics clinics.
You would demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and take initiative. You would be professional in appearance, confident and inspire trust in those you interact with. You would have good critical thinking skills and be detail oriented and organized. We value those that understand the importance of their responsibility in a team environment.
Daily tasks would involve booking appointments for multiple doctors, greeting patients and coordinating their care, billings, insurance, specialist referrals, and sales of products. We are a high tech office and training on administration as well as clinical aspects of eye care and medical aesthetics will be provided. This will include contact lenses, dry eye products, pharmaceuticals, billing, software, booking schedules, e-commerce and various supplier portals.
