Primer Care Physiotherapy is currently looking for a receptionist to join its exciting team. The successful applicant will be required to work between 15-20 hours a week to begin.
Primer Care Physiotherapy clinic is a private physiotherapy and massage clinic happily operating in Richmond Hill for over 7 years. Our top therapists provide clients with caring and skilled treatments for acute and ongoing conditions, while the Reception team ensures smooth and efficient administrative support.
Important things you'll be responsible for:
- answering client phone calls and emails, and following through with requests
- booking/managing client appointments
- processing payments
- record-keeping
- offering help to anyone
- submitting online insurance claims
- laundry/folding
- continued sanitization and safety protocols
- replenishing treatment rooms with supplies
- joyful conversation

- excellent communication skills
- a wiz with internet and MS Outlook programs
- punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- trouble-shooting capabilities and critical thinking
