SKILLS REQUIRED
- Customer service skills with demonstrated ability to perform detailed tasks
- Effective customer care and problem resolution skills
- Professional email communication and telephony skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email services
- Professional communication skills, Cantonese & Mandarin-speaking are assets
- Experience with client management software BrokerBay is an asset
- Flexible work hours are negotiable
ROLE'S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling inbound calls and provide assistance to agents and clients as per request.
- Processing requests for property showings in accurately and timely manner for listing agents as well as Co-op agents and associates
- Submit listings via TREB MLS® and make changes as required.
- Preparation of complete listing, offer agreements and other real estate documents as per agent's request,
- Resolving issues and concerns raised by clients and agents
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
