Position: Full Time Dental Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a senior dental receptionist
- Provide luxury customer service with exceptional interpersonal and phone call etiquette
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and positive attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage patient billing and insurance claims
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Experience working in luxury customer service environment
- No experience as a dental receptionist needed
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and outgoing attitude, with a genuine passion for patient care
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is considered an asset
