Weber Contracting Ltd. is a family owned business that has been in operation for over 34 years, specializing in utility construction and network installation services including underground infrastructure installations and buried pipe/cable services. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist/Clerical Assistant.
Job Summary:
The Receptionist/Clerical Assistant will be responsible for reception and various clerical duties at our Clifford office location.
The individual selected to fill this role will:

In this role you will:
- Greet visitors and staff with a warm and professional manner
- Manage phone lines, answering calls in a polite and friendly manner, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff, taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception, work and common areas including entrances to the office.
- Assist with the submission of facility locate orders as requests come in
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis to complete assigned tasks such as copying, faxing, email distribution and scanning
- Maintain scanned filing system of received documents and reports
- Send and receive any outgoing and incoming deliveries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain office supply stock
- Work with all of our team members to ensure they have the operational support needed by supplying purchase orders, completing assigned data entry, and other clerical tasks as assigned
- Adhere to all policies and follow established procedures.
- Other clerical/administrative duties as required.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 2 years of General Office Experience
- Software proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet use
- Excellent attention to detail, supported with strong data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong attendance history.
- Ability to complete assigned workload with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.
