KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of work while carrying out the duties of the role in line with Company Values to achieve long-term success
- Coordinate the recruitment process for all divisions by maintaining efficient systems and processes.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Manage effective communication between all relevant recruitment stakeholders around Altrad recruitment activities
- Respond to enquiries from candidates and managers about Altrad recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies
- Assist candidates with the application processes
- Maintaining records in Sharepoint, Excel, and ADP Workforce Now.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting eligible applicants
- Schedule and organize interviews and medicals with candidates
- Maintain personnel records, ensure information contained in personnel file is current and comprehensive
- Assist with reporting when required
- Navigating complex recruitment mobilization process
- Develop creative approaches to sourcing talent
- Other duties as required
- Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with professional qualifications, skill or experience.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in high volume setting
- 2 years experience hiring various trades including insulators, painters, rope access technicians.
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation is considered an asset
- Exposure to recruitment and mobilization activities
- Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
- Well-developed IT skills
