Role
- Recruitment, selection and hiring of professional Class 1, and A/Z drivers.
- Ensuring that new recruits meet the company hiring standards.
- Supporting the manpower needs of the business through regular communication with the operations team across Canada.
- Assisting in the development of recruiting strategies that positively promote the company brand, including various advertising media, social media, and industry recruiting events.
- Process paperwork as per Hiring SOP for hired driver’s including contract, application and supporting documents
- Maintain contacts in the industry and promote the Company and the benefits as a top tier employer.
- Ensure all files are up to date and complete
Requirements
- Previous experience in a recruiting role is a definite asset
- Proficiency with standard business software tools is required
- Excellent communication and written skills in English
- Must have superior interpersonal skills, be well organized and be a strong communicator.
- Excellent time management skills and can multi-task
- Understanding and measuring KPI targets
- Minimum 3-4 years in Transport and recruitment experience
**Must be able to travel 5-10% and have a valid passport**We offer

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
