Our Recruiting Coordinators work closely with Recruiters and with Hiring Managers to make sure our interviews are scheduled and our new hires are processed timely and accurately. Our Recruiting Coordinators keep the recruiting train on the track to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Who you'll work with:You will report to the Talent Acquisition leader and will work closely with a team of recruiters to ensure our candidates are moving through the recruiting process expeditiously and efficiently.What you'll be doing day to day:Coordinating and scheduling recruiter generated interviewsHelping with the creation and execution of offer lettersProcessing of background checksOnboarding of new employeesAd hoc reporting for FinanceVendor management, processing of contractorsHelping to optimize our ATS, (Lever), to make sure we're working as efficiently as possibleParticipate on HR Projects/ process improvement teams as requiredSkills and experience we're looking for:2+ years of experience working as a recruiting coordinator is idealExperience working as a Coordinator in some capacity working with multiple groupsProject Management experience is preferredExperience with Lever, or other ATS, Smartsheet, Success Factors, and NetSuite is preferred, but not requiredThe ability to herd cats, (let's be honest, working with Recruiters and Hiring Managers can feel like herding cats)#LI-Hybrid#LI-TW1It is the policy of PointClickCare to ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other basis protected by law.
