Reporting to the Store Manager, the Inside Sales Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of the selling process including the sale, delivery and after-sales service of appliances for single-family developments. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new growth and ensuring that key business metrics are achieved by securing new business and retaining existing business.
- Demonstrating the ability to be a brand ambassador and represent Coast Appliances as Canada’s leading destination for home and kitchen appliances with the utmost professionalism
- Obtaining required product knowledge through training and industry events
- Driving profitability and growth for both existing customers and new customers in compliance with all company procedures and policies
- Increasing market share by managing all aspects of the sales process and providing excellent customer service in the presentation of the features, advantages, and benefits of both products and after-sales service
- Forecasting sales opportunities, perceiving market trends and executing sales strategies to ensure that growth and profitability metrics are met and exceeded
- Exhibiting leadership and initiative on the sales floor by anticipating customer’s needs and ensuring their needs are met
- Timely and accurate distribution and collection of all applicable paperwork related to sales, credit applications, payments, inventory, delivery and after-sales service
