Task description
As part of his or her duties, the sales associate reports directly to the management team and more specifically to the Store Manager. The objective of the position is to provide customer service according to the standards of the organization.
Tasks include among others:
- • Dynamic presence to establish contact with customers
- • Protect the image of the organization in the customer service sector
- • Respect the policies and procedures in place
- • Identify needs and support customers in their search
- • Be attentive to clearly identify the needs
- • Guide customers to the desired product and inform them according to the characteristics of the product
- • Generate sales according to real financial objectives and needs
- • Promote brand image and increase business
- • Meet the service requirements of the organization
- • Maintain standards and first impression
- • Actively participate in the daily activities of the store
- • Collaborate effectively with customers and the management team
- • Know the specific characteristics of the products offered
- • Respond with courtesy and professionalism

The candidate must be energetic, customer service oriented, positive. Have at least two years of retail work experience.
