RFDM Solutions is a boutique technology consulting firm based in downtown Victoria. We create cutting edge websites, digital marketing campaigns, and custom software solutions for clients all over North America. In shortest terms, we spend our days solving unique technology problems for industries as diverse as B2B and B2C ecommerce, non-profit, technologies and venture capital.
We are a full stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development.
What’s the job all about?
RFDM is looking to build an in-house SDR capacity to support both internal and client facing SDR solutions. Working alongside our Sales and Marketing executive teams, you will be supported in becoming an expert in SDR methodology and tactics, as they fit within the broader GTM strategies of our own business, as well as our client’s business.
You will be responsible for executing the step-by-step outreach communications via email, phone call, LinkedIn, chat, and various other channels. You will be supported by our Sales and Marketing executive teams in terms of Strategy, Customer Profiles, Prospecting Lists, Message Content and sales skills related to persuasive communication, objection handling, and lead management.
In short, we’re looking for someone with aptitude and desire to become an expert in Sales Development, with a focus on applying your skills and expertise as a problem solver for more than one organization.

What’s the offer?
The role is full time, Mon-Fri, based on a standard 7.5 hour work day around our core working hours. This is a full time sales position where we will coach you into ownership, ability and experience. RFDM prioritizes a healthy work-life balance and will empower you in developing your own workload management to ensure you are able to meet your deliverables without impeding your non-work passions. The compensation offered will be based on your skills and previous work experience. We also offer a generous extended heath plan, and three weeks paid vacation to start.

Location
Our office is located out of Victoria BC, and while our preference is to hire locally we are open to candidates across Canada as all of our positions are considered as remote work. Those who live in Victoria will also have access to our downtown office should they wish to have an office space to go to as well as the opportunity to have in person mentorship.
Preferred education related to Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent in experience.
