Pre-Sales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will:
- Preparing and developing presentations to explain our company's products, services, use cases and benefits to customers and prospects.
- Presentation of the solution portfolio to prospects and existing customers. Conducting in-depth demonstrations of products and services and explain the technical and functional aspects.
- Assisting customers throughout Proofs of Concept.
- Onboarding and training of customers, helping them to focus on features they need to learn, based on the projects they aim to complete. Ensuring high quality customer experience and develop prospects and customers to active users.
- Consulting of customers, identifying and analyzing customer requirements and developing high-quality solution proposals. Developing solutions meeting customer requirements that can be based on our integrations and capabilities.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Planning and delivering presentations and trainings to training partners and channel partners in the scope of partners events and partner seminars.
- Answering of RFI’s/RFP’s including Cloud and Security assessments in collaboration with Product, Cyber Security and Legal teams.
- Communicating customer requirements to product management teams.
- Training other members of Corel teams on the company's products, services and benefits.
What YOU bring to the table:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer in software.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Team player and good team working skills.
- Technical knowledge in platforms like SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Knowledge or willingness to develop knowledge of technical concepts, platforms, and standards like SSO, IDM, Microsoft Azure, Intune, AWS and more, enterprise software asset management tools and deployment methodologies.
- Willingness to continue your sales engineering education.
