JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Managing Director. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients while assessing their needs and providing product and services knowledge solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and leadership skills to manage a team of sales representatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- Develop and implement sales strategy to drive business and meet or exceed annual revenue objectives
- Prepare and deliver high level presentations to clients and business partners in person or through video calls
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting activities
- Build, grow, and maintain positive relationships with internal & external clients
- Manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales quotas, complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies and follow ups
- Maintain the customer database (CRM) and input customer and sales call information with as much detail as possible
- Hire and onboard new employees
- Initiate follow-up processes with Sales Representatives with weekly check ins and their performance while providing feedbacks
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Management Role
- 4+ years Sales experience in a similar role
- Self motivated with excellent leadership, organizational, multitasking, prioritizing, and problem solving abilities
- Strong sales orientation with excellent customer relationship building skills with a pleasant and professional personality
- Technology industry experience with a proven and verifiable track record of sales
- Exceptional communication, presentation & collaboration skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
