The Inside Sales Training Solutions Specialist is charged with expanding the BSI training portfolio within new and existing accounts, developing sales opportunities for new accounts, and prospecting for new sales opportunities in support of meeting training sales objectives. The position will be provided leads to prospect, but will additionally be expected to identify other prospective customers.
Inside Sales Training Solutions Specialist Responsibilities:Follow up inquiries for training from prospective clientsUpdate, quote and sell to prospective client information & qualify lead based on BSI established SalesForce.com proceduresSend and relay information to prospective client via email, mail or telephoneRegister public training registrants into LMSTrack public training signups for training directorProvide onsite training quotations to clientsMeeting individual assigned territory revenue budget annual/monthlyStaying within assigned expenditure budgetMeet sales and revenue performance targets and individual KPI's for territory as agreed upon leads, quotations, etc
Education/Qualifications:Associate degree, preferredSales & Marketing experienceCustomer service experienceGood telephone and communication skillsDealing with customer objectionsSoftware skills - SalesForce.com, LMS, MS Office, Excel, OutlookSelf-starter, positive attitudeOur Excellence Behaviours: Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative.
