Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
- Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
- Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them.
- Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Timely completion of all sales administration.
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical Degree, Masters or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics.
- Fluent in English and French, excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object.
- 5 years’ relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in the domain of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, electrical or electronic.
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster.
