Job Summary
A high-energy Sales Professional who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, the SAAS consultant will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. The SAAS Consultant should be adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication.
Successful people will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Job Duties
· Learn the technical details concerning how the software works and what problems it solves for our clients.
· Be able to do demonstrations of MacroAgility products to potential customers.
· Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients.
· Manage customer relations and evaluate the data we receive through digital channels including negotiating and closing on major contracts.
· Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
· Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
· Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
· Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
· Monitor competitors’ products, including relevant sales and marketing data.
· Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
· Update customer records in the company database as required.
· Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company.
· Travelling required, valid passport.
Job Requirements and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in SAAS sales or a related field.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of CRM tools, sales methodologies, and sales analytics.
7. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
