Millennium Pacific Greenhouses- Sales Administrator
Millennium Pacific Greenhouses is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team!
As a small company we wear multiple hats to get the job done!
Our ideal candidate would be someone who is energetic, ready to learn and passionate about produce.
Job Description:
- Processing orders via email or phone
- Check accuracy of orders and pricing on invoices
- Contact all customers to obtain any missing information or answer questions, inquiries and trouble shoot problems
- Arrange transportation with our preferred carrier partners
- Ensure timely deliveries, secure trucks and meet customer deadlines
- Maintain and update all sales and customer records
- Develop sales reports (weekly/monthly)
- Report any issues or losses to supervisor
- Track progress against goals and report to supervisor
- Act as a liaison between sales and accounting to ensure all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are being executed to terms
- Input all sales into quick books
- Work with accounting team to resolve any issues
- Handle all credit memo’s and communicate to accounting team
- Exhibit strong ethics and values such as honesty, integrity and respect for your coworkers
- Be prepared to take on any new duties as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills, Experience with Microsoft office applications, Excel Sheets
- Excellent communication, organization, analytical skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to multitask
- Ability to work in high pressure environments
- Ability to climb, lift and walk as needed inside and outside of the packhouse
- Available to answer emails and calls in evening or on weekends
- Ability to work extended, irregular hours, holidays and weekends
- Ability to work in the evenings when required to complete packhouse checks
- Ability to communicate with customers in a calm and professional manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
