Sales Consultant Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing world class customer service and being a brand ambassador for the company
- Educating and guiding our customers through their cannabis experience
- Building rapport with customers by tailoring services and product offerings to each customer
- Processing payments using POS system
- Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness is kept at all times
- Contributing towards the positive culture of the store
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate accountability, collaboration, courage and creativity in day to day operations
- Any other duties as required
