Job Description OverviewGEO Pre-Sell Customer RepresentativeJob Type: Full Time, PermanentSchedule: Monday to FridayShift: DaysLocation: Kenora, OntarioThe RoleAs a Sales Representative for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, you will be maximizing business growth through the acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer in various channels. You are responsible for growing the business in your territory by creating on-going, positive relationships with your customers.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will help us get our famous brands to the people who love them across Canada.Here’swhatyou’llbe doing:Executing our sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving and building exciting displays in a specifically assigned territoryEngaging and onboarding new customers to PepsiCo products, services and promotions to enhance PepsiCo’s in-store presenceEducating and exciting customers about our existing portfolio of beverages and upcoming innovationsDeveloping assigned accounts to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service targetsIdentify selling opportunities to increase incremental displays and promotional programs in storeLeveraging your knowledge of PepsiCo’s key financial measures to deliver sales and profit objectivesEvaluating customer business needs and analyzing market trends to develop service solutionsProviding an exceptional level of sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutionsWorking closely with the delivery and merchandising departments to ensure top quality servicing of all Pepsi accountsQualificationsCompletion of post-secondary education is requiredMust possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicleMust be able to perform the physical aspects of the job involved in display building and merchandising our products1-2 years of customer service experienceFood Service or Consumer Products experience preferredDemonstrated analytical and organizational skillsDemonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong presentation skillsDemonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft SuiteAdditionalskills you may have (notrequired, these are assets)1-2 years of direct selling experienceWhat you can expect from us:A working environment that puts health and safety firstGreat people and culture – proudly bring your whole self to work!Future opportunities.
