PRAISE ENDURANCE is a Montreal based Running brand that breathes inclusivity, creativity, and passion.

We are currently looking for a charismatic and bold Marketing/Sales Assistant (1-3 years) to join the PRAISETeam. You will use your talents to maintain positive relationships with existing accounts, coordinate events, and build community. As part of a small company, your work will be key in the ongoing development of PRAISEmission through and through.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Proactively bring event, partnership, and collaborator opportunities to Creative Director for review and development

· Build realtionships with athletes, content creators, accounts, and individuals that channel and support the PRAISE mission

· Build ambassador program and actively look for individuals that align with the program’s goals and benefits

· Work with creative team to coordinate Social Content

· Participate in the brainstorming of campaign creation in a way that is true for PRAISE ENDURANCE

· Work with ecomm photographer to achieve marketing that is consistent with our current visuals

· Write and translate in both English and French

· Participate in write ups for LinkedIn, pres releases, and other social media channels

REQUIREMENTS

· Ease to develop a relationship with all kinds of people

· 1 - 3 years experience in customer service and sales

· Understanding of the active market, runner big plus

· Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications preferred

· Strong writing skills - French & English

· Excellent proofreading and editing skills - French & English

· Desire to work with a creative team, open to sharing ideas

· Able to complete tasks independently

· Excellent organizational skills
