Position Overview:
United Canada Inc. is currently looking for an experienced business to business sales representative that can grow and manage a portfolio of high-volume healthcare/safety specialist clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Introduce company and products to corporate customers (health and dental clinics, hospitals, long term care homes, etc.).
· Maintain relationships with clients and obtain repeat orders, building a strong roster of clients.
· Maintain and update records as needed.
· Oversee purchase orders from clients from start to finish, collaborating with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
· Meet monthly sales quotas as assigned by the Director of Sales.
· Cold calling and emailing.
· Building a strong knowledge of our inventory and the needs of our clients.
· Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft systems, Zoom, Professional Email & Phone communication and QuickBooks
· Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
· You’re a people person who’s able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
· Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be perfectly fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
· Self-motivated, with a high level of energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
· Must have a valid driver’s license
Education:
· University or college degree/diploma in business, sales, marketing or similar
· Must have already graduated - candidates still in school will not be considered for this position.
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client facing B2B sales role
· Previous experience with medical supply sales an asset
· Previous experience working with high-volume clients an asset
· Previous experience working in a healthcare environment (clinic, hospital, dentist etc.) an asset
Working Conditions:
· Working in office full time with some travel included
· Travel up to 20% of the time
Position Type:
· Full-Time, Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must be located in Ontario. Candidates located outside of Ontario will not be considered for this position.
