Status: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.73/ hr
Hours: Continental Nights (20:00-08:00)

Job Description:
- Stationed at the front desk area in the lobby (home base)
- Protect the safety of persons and their belongings on Headquarters property
- Check exterior doors to ensure they are closed / locked
- Complete interior and exterior patrol rounds
- Monitor the cameras within the building and the parking lots for any suspicious activity
- Check alarm panels to ensure all is in order and respond to alarms
- Escort civilians working the night shift to their vehicles, if requested to do so
- Complete incident reports, logs, and daily operating reports
- Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions
- Maintain a log of security incidents and report occurrences
- Document all events in a notebook or electronic incident report
- Other duties as required/requested

Qualifications:
- Must have a Minimum of One Year of Experience in Security
- Must be Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Must be willing to undergo and 2 step criminal background and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Must Possess a Valid Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C (WSIB Approved provider)
- Must have a Valid Ontario Security Guard License
