Client Services Coordinator
Appraisals International is seeking a Project and Client Services Coordinator to join our team. You are independent, own your responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You take the initiative, enjoy a collaborative working environment, respectful, interculturally aware and require minimal supervision. You are eager to learn and a proven client advocate.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and/or manage all projects from authorization to project completion. client communications process.
- Monitor progress and lead related internal communication.
- Manage project and client database.
- Provide exceptional client service in each stage of the projects.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders in a constructive manner.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher required. Engineering and/or business background preferred.
- 5 years experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and with others required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Asana and/or other project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
