Patient Services Coordinator-Orleans Office

Argyle Associates is one of the largest groups of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in Canada. Established in 1976, providing the entire spectrum of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical procedures available today. We have four locations in the Ottawa area ranging from Kanata to Orleans.

Duties and Responsibilities- (these are primary duties and not all encompassing.)

· Promptly answer, screen and process medical service requests and telephone inquiries

· Collect and enter patient information into appropriate medical service software

· Handle incoming diagnostics, recordings, appending’s while entering in database

· Schedule patient consultation appointments when received by mail, fax or online.

· Responds to inquiries, e-mails, requests, and complaints in a timely fashion

· Actively participates in the achievement of patient satisfaction

· Achievement of office goals by working efficiently & providing a high level of service

· Provide information on Argyle Associate’s patient services

· Conduct work in compliance with office guidelines and polices.

· Other duties as required,

Essential Qualifications:

· High school diploma (or equivalent)

· Post Secondary Degree an asset

· Data entry proficiency

· Customer Service experience

· Pleasant and friendly mannerism.

· A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette

· Ability to manage difficult customer situations,

· Ability to respond promptly to the needs of the customer

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task efficiently

· Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and procedures

· Ability to work independently

Desired Qualifications:

· Six months' phone experience in a previous job or volunteer position

· Bilingualism is an asset but not required.

Job Type: Fulltime 40 per week; Must have the ability to work the occasional evening and Saturday.

Location: Orleans office
