As an Editor, you will be responsible for refining and enhancing various forms of media content, including photos and videos, to ensure they align with our brand's visual identity. Your creative skills and keen eye for detail will play a crucial role in conveying our company's dedication to craftsmanship and professionalism.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent Communication Skills, Speaks and Writes Fluently in English
- Proven experience as a photo and video editor, with a portfolio demonstrating strong editing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.), Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ability to create compelling narratives through editing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective requirements for photo and video content.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for delivering visually stunning content.
- Knowledge of general contracting or construction industry is a plus.

JOB OVERVIEW:
- Edit and enhance photos and videos to produce visually appealing content that aligns with Olive Tree Builds' brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure consistency across all media platforms.
- Implement creative techniques to improve the overall quality of visual content, including color correction, retouching, cropping, and image manipulation.
- Maintain an organized library of media assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval of files for future use.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools related to editing and post-production, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our media content.
- Uphold brand standards and guidelines while delivering high-quality work within designated timelines.
- Assist in the creation of engaging and informative video content, including editing footage, adding music and sound effects, and optimizing for various platforms.
HOURS:
The standard working hours can be negotiated however an ideal scenario would be Monday to Friday 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. It will be important to maintain a flexible working schedule. If things come up outside of these hours and the team needs your assistance, then you would be expected to do whatever it takes to get things done. However, if work is done early on other days, then you’re free to call it a day! We strive to ensure the best work/life balance as possible.
WAGES
$18 - $20 per hour based on experience
G Driver's License Preferred.
Bonus for performance.
