Social Media and Advertising Manager at Tangled Roots Event Centre
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media and Advertising Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies and advertising campaigns to enhance Tangled's visibility, engage it's target audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising techniques, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and digital advertising.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Advertising Manager. University work can also be submitted :)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
