As a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, you will work collaboratively with nurses, doctors and other professionals, to assess the client needs, readiness and wishes for post discharge and will be actively assisting in the client connection to community resources.Responsibilities:Qualifications:Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognized educational institution, plus one year of recent, related experience in the field of mental health and substance use. Current full registration with the BC College of Social Workers.
Valid B.C. Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business related purposes.
Skills and Abilities
Salary range: The salary range for this position is CAD $41.04/Hr. - $51.27/Hr. / hour
