ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
EDU1. Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in social work

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Ex1. Experience providing psychosocial intervention or treatment using evidence based psychosocial modalities: such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CPT (Cognitive processing therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)
Ex2. Experience providing psychosocial assessment to adults as primary client group.
Ex3. Experience working independently with minimal clinical supervision.
Ex4. Experience working in an Adult Mental Health care environment, including having performed assessment and treatment and structured therapy.
Ex5. Experience establishing or developing productive and cooperative partnerships with community based services.

Security Level: Various
Registered in good standing with a provincial/territorial social work regulatory college/association in the province/territory where employment is sought.
Must not be the subject of any practice restrictions or professional practice review by any regulating authority, or be the current subject of any professional practice complaints.
