Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Junior Sourcing Recruiter, formally known as an HR Analyst Talent Acquisition, on a permanent basis. Our People & Culture team currently have flexible work agreements in place and are open to exploring remote work arrangements with candidates.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for candidate pipeline sourcing for salaried and hourly positions at FCL and a variety of local Co-ops. You will provide support with projects, internships, career fairs, branding, analytics, and the applicant tracking system. You will represent the organization by participating in events, working to source the best potential candidates to assist departments in achieving their goals.
- Create a diverse talent pipeline for salaried and hourly positions.
- Actively source candidates for unique and hard to fill positions.
- Support the recruitment and selection process for hourly-paid positions within FCL and across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) as needed.
- Support intake meetings with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
- Work will all Talent Acquisition team members to execute full cycle recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with the Senior HR Specialist, Talent Sourcing, to execute the sourcing plan and activities to attract candidates.
- Lead interviews and support all key stakeholders during the candidate selection process.
- Create competitive offers and negotiate to ensure vacancies are filled with the most qualified candidates while respecting internal equity practices.
- Conduct references and work cross functionally supporting background checks, due diligence, and onboarding.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma or certification.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of related experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
