In this exciting role, you will help support the execution of rebranding engagements and HomeLife’s digital growth strategy, co-create an actionable roadmap, and build organizational capabilities.

- Provide innovative solutions to creative problems, be a thought leader to our team, and serve as the go-to person when solutions are needed.
- Explore disruptive strategies that will accelerate HomeLife’s growth and generate greater business value
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the organization by supporting thought leadership and current rebranding activities and promote HomeLife’s unique value proposition in the market
- Be part of an executive team that helps build on the company’s vision and corporate branding by producing high-quality digital marketing communications spanning social campaigns to websites, webinars and presentations.
- Be an early adopter of social media trends and technology to align with HomeLife’s reputation as an industry trendsetter. The digital world is fast-paced, and ignoring change can lead to extreme losses.
Requirements:- Minimum three years of digital branding/rebranding experience in an agency environment or on the client side, creating B2B and/or B2C communications. Experience with luxury brands and/or real estate is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing/Marketing related field preferred
- A stellar portfolio that demonstrates excellence in content creation and creative brand storytelling through video production, live, digital, 2D, and/or 3D media.
- Understand what the key differentiators compared with top competitors and how to translate the benefits internally to Agents, Franchisees and externally
- Passion for business innovation, technology, and digital products and a desire to always stay ahead of the curve
- Exceptional curiosity, drive and open-mindedness
- Collaborative spirit; team player. Ability to work independently and also with the Digital Marketing Manager to solve complex creative problems and bring new ideas to life
- Demonstrable ability to produce video content that is original, consistent in style and quality, and on brand
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
