Dawson Dental is seeking a friendly, energetic, and patient focused team members to join our team. This postion is not patient facing but a team behind the scenes supporting both clinics and patient's with scheduling and questions about treatment and processes. While dental experience is not nescassary, it is an asset. We are willing to mentor and train the right candidate. Some evening and weekends are required and are manditory. This is non negotionable.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in medical practice preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, patients, visitors, and other employees. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information. Ability to work effectively with technology including Microsoft Office applications and EMR systems.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision or supervision at least 25% of the time.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. Benefits package available after 90 days of employment

Salary: $19.00-$20.95 per hour
