Services include long-term care, community day programs for adults, seniors’ housing, home support, intermediate care homes, group living homes, and subsidized family housing. Your Role:
Your responsibilities will include assisting with housekeeping, shopping, nutrition, and providing personal care as needed. We're looking for dedicated individuals who are available for flexible shifts, including weekends, days, and evenings.

Your Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should have a high school diploma (grade 12), previous experience in a health-care sector, and working with seniors would be considered an asset. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
Education:
As part of our commitment to providing high-quality care, successful applicants will be required to complete a comprehensive two-day Personal Care Home Worker course, TLR, WHIMIS, and Food Safe Course within the first three months of employment.
- Two-day Personal Care Home Worker course: $200 and it is 2 days 9-5:30 (Cost may subject to change)
- TLR: Is offered by LCC for free.
- WHIMIS: Is online and free.
- Food Safe Course: $25 (Cost may subject to change)
In addition to the necessary qualifications, we value good interpersonal skills and fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding). You should also be physically capable of handling all aspects of the job.

Applicants must provide a criminal background check including the vulnerable sector search prior to employment.
