Position Details:
We currently have openings for part-time team members. We are looking for outgoing individuals that are available for evening and weekend work in a fast-paced, fun environment. Duties include, but are not limited to;
Front Desk:
- Selling bowling, party packages, fundraiser packages, and company packages to customers.
- Explaining how bowling works to customers, the difference between 5 and 10 pin. How scoring works.
- Fixing lane issues
- Taking phone reservations
- Taking deposits
Customer Service:
- You will be expected to talk to customers in a polite and welcoming manner in person, as well as over the phone.
- Explaining our prices, packages, as well as upselling. This is applicable for all positions.
Food Preparation:
- Keeping the kitchen fully stocked, cleaned and organized
- Cooking items to customers order
- Preparing the kitchen for the next shift/day
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- You will be expected to keep the facility clean and maintained while you are on shift, keep it clean for the next shift.
P.O.S and Cash handling:
- You will be expected to operate a Point of Sale system, utilizing it to ring items and sales through.
- Handling cash properly, and executing Interac/credit sales.
Snackbar:
- Selling confectionery items over the counter to a customer's order. Preparing all confectionary items as well as keeping your station clean.
Redemption Counter:
- Ensuring all arcade games are fully stocked in working order
- Selling games cards and explaining how our gaming system works
- Redeeming prizes for customers and showing them how many tickets they have on their card
- Showing guests how to play games when they don't understand
Bartending (Over 18 applicants only):
- You will be expected to prepare, and execute alcoholic drinks and sales. Whilst adhering to Manitoba Liquor Laws. You must have your "Smart Serve" license to serve alcohol.
- Expected to memorize our liquor selection
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Interviews will be conducted in person.
