We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter with five (5) years of experience in a creative or technology environment. The Technical Recruiter is passionate about people, growing environments and especially finding top talent. This person will be responsible for leading all recruitment efforts of the business and will develop sourcing and recruiting strategies, accompany candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, and effectively manage internal relationships with hiring managers & business leaders.
As a Technical Recruiter at YHP, you will:
- Work with the Talent & Culture team & hiring managers to confirm job requirements, skills, selection criteria & salary budgets;
- Design, pilot and execute innovative recruitment strategies to build a strong pool of qualified candidates;
- Technically source to build a pipeline of candidates for current & future positions using a variety of recruiting methods;
- Conduct telephone screenings and preliminary interviews with candidates who meet the minimum requirements for positions;
- Provide high quality shortlists and recommend acceptable candidates for the next level of interview;
- Provide an exceptional recruitment experience and service to designated hiring managers & candidates;
- Participate in job marketing and recruitment events;
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics for cross-divisional reporting.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in recruitment;
- University diploma in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Experience in hiring for technology, marketing & advertising roles;
- Excellent candidate sourcing skills;
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships;
- Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, changing and fast paced environment;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail with an ability to prioritize;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to persuade others;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems;
- Knowledge of BambooHR recruitment module will be considered a strong asset
