The OpportunityDo you have a love of teaching new systems to employees? AgeCare is seeking an experienced HR Systems Trainer to join our team. This position will report to the Senior Manager, HR Corporate Services and play a critical role in training and supporting the advancement of key employees’ knowledge and skills in our HR systems; Workday and UKG.About UsAt AgeCare, our mission is to empower residents to live their lives to the fullest by prioritizing their health and well-being. - Conceptualize and create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
- Instruct employee training which may include initial orientation and onboarding of new employees.
- Act as point of contact for follow-up question from Communities.
- Develop an assessment tool to determine Community training needs.
What You Will Do:- Maintain a repository of all training materials.
- Review and evaluate effectiveness of training sessions and materials.
- Consult with other systems experts on changes to business processes within the HR Systems.
- Coordinate and track Community training hours provided.
- Provide quarterly updates to executive HR leadership.

What You Bring:- Above-average knowledge of Workday and UKG systems.
- Ability to develop and create training materials, as required.
- Can manage multiple training schedules concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, while building collaborative relationships.
- Exhibits a strong analytical mindset and though process with an ability to problem-solve.
- Proficient in computer skills, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must be able to provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check, including a Criminal Background Check, or be willing to obtain one.
