Summary
North Bay Building Products are hiring a Territory Manager to manage the Innisfil and Barrie Region. As Territory Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts, sourcing new business opportunities and promoting manufacturer's programs. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mentality with relevant Outside Sales experience in the building supplies or construction industry.
What you will be doing:
- Managing existing accounts while continually sourcing opportunities to create and increase sales.
- Creating and generating new leads, business opportunities and relationships.
- Building strong business relationships with the individuals of each of your accounts.
- Process inbound orders, provide quotes and solve customer service issues.
- Ensuring continued support for all North Bay product lines.
- Conducting information sessions with contractor salespeople.
- Creating exposure in the marketplace while maintaining and developing a positive brand image.
- Managing and growing an assigned customer base using our Customer Relationship Management tools.
Qualifications:
- Previous Outside Sales experience in the construction/building materials industry.
- Previous outside sales experience in the business-to-business market.
- Strong experience building relationships with senior-level managers, owners, contract sellers, and buying decision-makers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to perform under minimal direct supervision.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
