As a Unit Clerk - Human Resource Support at Jarlette Health Services,
The following traits and qualifications are required:
- Post-Secondary diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Computer proficiency in Google Apps, experience with time and attendance software/HRIS systems an asset
- Ability to deal with confidential matters
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Excellent organizational skills and effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong problem resolution skills with an aptitude to make decisions using sound judgment
- Knowledge and experience with adult education strategies/facilitation - an asset
- Presentation skills required
- Flexibility to meet workload demands
