Job Summary
We are currently seeking an outgoing, energetic, and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to confidently engage with current and potential clients, understand their needs, and present our products and services in a compelling manner. Responsibilities
- Be responsible for planning, developing and managing clients' digital strategies to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.
- Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work directly with the sales directors and representatives.
- Use our software to optimize web content to improve SEO.
- Present and train clients on different social media strategies.
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.
- Schedule and carry out monthly update calls with the clients you manage.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Create and deliver marketing strategy documentation and use our software to develop reports for existing and new clients.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven work experience in Marketing as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service position.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in an Agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
- Entry level graphic design skills (Photoshop)
- Must have strong time management, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to foresee risks and generate mitigation plans with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Proven focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
