Regular Full-Time Administrative Assistant-Invermere Campus
Duties: Reporting to Invermere Campus Manager, this position is responsible for a variety of tasks in support of the campus. The position is the first point of contact and triage for individuals and groups internal and external to the College; requires the ability to perform effectively and set priorities in a diverse working environment with constant interruptions; handle confidential information with discretion; and exercise initiative and sound judgment.
Qualifications: An Office Administration Certificate with a minimum of three to four years of related work experience or equivalent is required. The candidate must be proficient in MS Windows applications and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: CUPE Pay Level 3, with a salary range of $44,626.40 per year. The College also offers a comprehensive range of benefits.
