Established in 1977, WINMAR® is recognized as one of Canada’s largest restoration networks, with over 90 locations across the country. We specialize in water damage, fire and smoke restoration services, mould inspection and remediation, asbestos abatement; as well as, damage restoration and disaster recovery. As general contractors, we also specialize in construction, renovation, demolition, and other services.
Winmar Nanaimo is currently looking for a full-time administrative assistant to join our team to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a professional team player, with the ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks.
Job Description:
· Answering phones and emails
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
· Strong multi-tasking abilities, time management and organizational skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
· Ability to work independently
· Accurate and efficient date entry
· Creating files (physical and electronic)
· Filing paper work and archiving files
Minimum high school diploma required. Experience in the property restoration industry is an asset but not necessary.
Wage is depends on experience.
