Job Role:
Bartenders at Bread Bar serve guests directly at the bar area as well as supporting service by mixing drinks ordered through servers. They are responsible for keeping the bar stocked and ready throughout service. The ideal candidate is able to mix a wide range of cocktails and also has beer and wine knowledge. Bartenders work closely with all other front and back of house team members to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, and to provide an extraordinary guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest experience, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Make consistent efforts to identify repeat guests and customize their experience based on their preferences.
- Practice Smart Serve principles and check customers’ identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age as required.
- Communicate and be an example of Bread Bar's core values by demonstrating genuine and thoughtful hospitality in the day-to-day execution of duties
- Embody a great service culture, and create a high level of service standards and excellence
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-4 years in a Bartender role
- Smart Serve Certification
- Excellent wine, beer and spirit knowledge
