The Long-Term Care and Community Administration I & IT Solutions Branch is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Project Leader to provide information systems business analysis, project management and technology expertise to address a full range of client information technology needs. In this role, you will:
In this role, you will:
- lead a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for the clients, including business process transformation and requirements analysis for large and small projects
- coordinate and conduct the analysis of business requirements in order to design and develop applications that meet the stated business requirements, including the impact of projects across the portfolio
- provide leadership in supporting the design, development, implementation and maintenance of systems solutions
- provide systems consulting expertise to clients and advise on use of information technology to meet program business goals and objectives
- design system specifications by preparing requirements for proper system testing, implementation, and operation
- coordinate technical implementation procedures and conduct program and module tests
- You are knowledgeable about IT project and development methodologies, and industry-standard IT development, tools and techniques.
- You have development experience either in Salesforce.com or Microsoft .Net platform
- You have experience with Salesforce, vlocity, lightening, Apex, Triggers, Visual Force
- You have demonstrated knowledge and hands on experience with C#, .Net and .Net Core framework, Asp.Net, MS SQL
- You have the ability to lead teams through end-to-end software development life cycle, including deployment using DevOps tools and agile techniques.
- You have knowledge/experience in code management and change management using Cloud-based tools like GitLab.
- You have demonstrated knowledge and hands on experience in leading application development, including architecture, security, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation.
- You have technical expertise related to business analysis, and Agile development and aware of DevOps processes.
- You have liaised with project, architecture/design and development staff and provided subject matter expertise in all aspects of software design and development, including construction of complex system design solutions, research/selection and proof-of-concept assignments.
- You have research, analytical, interpretive reasoning and problem solving skills to assess, identify and coordinate/manage problems and incidents.
- You can recommend solutions, ensure compatibility and consistency of systems, business, privacy, and security processes and participate in the implementation of approved strategies.
- You have evaluative skills to assess client requirements.
- You have problem-solving skills and can complete complex analysis for integration projects.
- You have demonstrated teamwork and collaborative skills.
- You have excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- You have facilitation, mediation, consensus-building, influencing and persuasion skills to gain support.
- You can prepare documents including in-depth reports, briefing materials, project documentation and correspondence.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- You have proven experience in facilitating and reviewing client business requirements and building solutions.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of commonly used business software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, JIRA, TEAMS) used in an IT work environment.
- You can evaluate directions, trends, standards and policies in a complex and evolving environment using multiple sources of guidance.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and processes to develop, lead and implement projects.
- You have demonstrated experience in providing leadership, coaching/mentoring, guidance and technical expertise to other members of the team.
- You have proven experience in leading IT system responses to business requirements, and facilitating communications with the stakeholders.
- You have an understanding of business needs, and matching technology solutions to business requirements.
