In addition, The MRG Group owns and operates an events business, travel company, digital publication, and ticketing service Admit One. In 2021, the business expanded its presence into the US, signing its first venue deals with properties in New York and

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Busser and Food Runner supports the
Front of House team ensuring the venue and dining area is kept clean, food and beverage is brought to guests in a timely manner and the venue is stocked with everything it needs for a successful day or night!

The Role
● Anticipate the needs of your team and act accordingly
● Bus tables and contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of our venues
● Assist with the delivery of food and drink orders to guest tables
● Comply with food and beverage regulations
● Knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings including common allergens
● Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed maintaining proper rotation standards (FIFO) in all storage areas and fridges
● Heavy lifting up to 40+ pounds will be required.
● Ensure work areas and stations are properly supplied
● Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House
● Interact with guests in a friendly and timely manner
● Enjoy working in a team environment
● Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
● Creating Positive Shareable Experiences for guests
● Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
● Smart Serve Certificate required
● High standards for cleanliness and organization
● A passion and commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
● Effectively communicate with team members in a fast pace environment
● Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of busyness
● Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
● Able to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights
Terms & Expectations
● Due to the nature of the work, after hours correspondence may be required
