Cannabis Consultants (Flight Cannabis - Nanaimo)
Job Purpose:
The general purpose of the Cannabis Consultant position is to ensure guests leave with memorable and lasting experiences by providing exemplary customer service, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, bringing a team orientated and positive attitude to work each and every day, and by applying our core values.
Position Details:Opportunities are either part-time or full-time. Requirement for weekend and evening scheduling availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making customers happy and promoting a helpful and friendly environment to ensure they arrive and leave with a great impression.
- Bringing your positive, collaborative and hardworking attitude to work each day.
- Learning and talking about our menu of products so you can connect with our customers and help them make educated choices.
- Managing inventory with an eye for organization, display, and stocking of products.
- Delivery driver duties (as needed).
- Being part of a team of high achievers who care about the customers and the company they are representing.
- Such other and unrelated duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer.
Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling and POS experience in retail, hospitality, or food services
- A warm, confident, and customer focused personality with a high-level of attention to detail
- Selling It Right certification, and minimum 19 years of age
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and access to your own vehicle is considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for the Cannabis industry
- High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust
